I.T.I. – Integrovaná technická inspekce spol. s r.o. is the Accredited Certification Body No. 3116 for certification of management systems of production organizations and organizations providing services according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9001:2008 in connection with ČSN EN 3834-2:2006, ISO 14001:2004, ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008 and ČSN ISO/IEC 27001:2006(Assessment in accordance with ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17021:2007)

Basic steps of the certification process:

  •  Application submission (Application form - see Download)
  •  Application registration
  •  Appointment of an audit team
  •  Audit programme elaboration
  •  Conclusion of contract
  •  Two-stage initial audit
  •  Certification decision (granting initial certification)
  •  Surveillance audits in the first and second years
  •  Recertification audit in the third year prior to expiration of certification

     The three-year certification cycle begins with the certification or recertification decision.
